Shipping policy
Insane Coral orders are shipped with the reliability, speed and care of
UPS Next Day Air and will arrive to most location between 10:30am and noon. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
We pack our livestock in insulated, water-tight jars or heavy duty plastic bags with heat or cold packs depending on environmental conditions, then place them in a styrofoam lined corrugated box to ensure the utmost protection for your coral and/or anemone during transit. For the health of your coral and/or anemone we highly recommend getting them into your aquarium as soon as possible after delivery.
Please note: Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc. which result in loss will not be covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.

After receiving the notification that your order is ready for pickup, please provide us with at least an hour notice of when you'll arrive, so that we can prepare your order ahead of time. Also, bring your order confirmation email for verification.
